  • Due to the nature of the digital product sold refunds cannot be offered. if products fail to be received contact support and we will assist you with product recovery.
  • Any refunds delivered will be at first in accordance with current Australian legislation followed by complete discretion of the seller.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
